By accessing or using Wordelly (wordleday.org) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wordelly. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; submit automated guesses or use bots; post offensive content in public profile fields; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium plans are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscribers.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding of Wordelly is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Wordelly is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (including cognitive scores) will meet any particular standard.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordelly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in that month.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
