Overview

Wordelly offers a Premium subscription that unlocks advanced brain training games and cognitive insights. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time Premium subscribers only and covers the most recent billing cycle.

How to request a refund

  • Email us at support@wordelly.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'.
  • Include the email address associated with your Wordelly account.
  • Include your transaction ID or payment receipt (available in your billing settings).
  • We will process your request within 3 business days and notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account's Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day window, please submit a refund request separately.

Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Refunds are not issued for renewal charges unless the renewal occurred within 48 hours of the request and you have not used Premium features since the charge.

Non-refundable situations

  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (access continues until period end).
  • Second or subsequent subscription purchases (the guarantee covers first-time subscribers only).

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
